UK Standard Delivery is £3.90
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 service you will receive an email with tracking information once your parcel has been despatched. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for design, making process and delivery.
We don’t currently offer Next Day Delivery on the website however should you need this service please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Collection
You can use our Free click and collect service online which only allows you to collect if you are members of specific clubs that we partner with. If you are based in Sheffield, drop us an email and we may be able to arrange collection if local to Sheffield S13. You will receive an email once it is ready to collect.
Our store is online only so no physical shop is currently open.
Returns
If an item is personalised or specifically made to order it cannot be returned or refunded unless it is faulty. Please contact us within 48 hours of item delivery to report a faulty item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused with tags, and in its original packaging.
You can always use the contact us button for any return questions, please be aware that any returned items will be at your own cost we do recommend using the Royal Mail Signed for service please keep proof of posting.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong items, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions /non-returnable items
Unfortunately we cannot accept return for any item that’s made to your specific requirements (i.e. is personalised or can't be resold as made to the customer's specifications)
Refunds
Once we have approved, received and inspected your return we will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
